Grab fixed points on the bike. The handle bars and a grab rail at the rear work best.
Lift up and push back with the legs. Your legs should do the lifting.
Once upright, deploy the kick stand.
Take extra precautions when on a slope, as once upright you may not have full control of the direction of the bike.
